We often get asked to put problems right for people that have purchased equipment from an internet auction site, the sale often comes with zero training or support. We try to help where we can with a little guidance but often people need to buy new equipment as the stuff they have is inadequate at best.

Always always visit the business if you can before making your purchase to get your own stamp of approval.

Our advice is to only use a print equipment specialist when buying your printing equipment, I mean you wouldn't use an electrician to fix your bathroom leak now would you.. :-))
